I purchased this ring almost 5 years ago in the caribbean from a merchant carrying asher. I had it approx 3 hours when I washed my hands and the stones stuck together and the ring fogged up. I contacted the merchant and I asked them to fix it and they said they couldn't...and would only offer me an exchange, no refund, after 6 months of back and forth. Again, they said, you shouldn't have gotten it wet...we should be informed up front. Beautiful ring...but you have to be careful when you wear it.

Buyer beware

I own a floating fantasy piece and the first time I got my hands slightly wet the ring leaked and got water damage on the inside and all the stones stuck in one place. The first time I called the company they said I shouldn't have gotten it wet. Nowhere on the packaging did it say this and they patched me through to an answering machine where I left a message and no one returned my call. I contacted amazon and then very quickly got a response from Asher saying to send the ring back at my expense, insured of course...more $$ They sent it back fixed a while later but unbeknownst to us our payment was cancelled because of the dispute and now Asher calls us twice a day every day until our check shows up....we sent it two days ago.I hope it gets there soon because it is becoming harassment. I am afraid to wear the ring again because if something happens to it I will have to deal with Asher Jewelry again and I have no desire to do that.
