Handy leather necklaces

I ordered these necklaces from H 2 W and they arrived promptly and were well packed. I ordered them as an alternative to the silk necklaces as frequently regular Murano Beads are heavy on silk necklaces and do not hold in place well. The leather does work well with the beads and no one but the wearer knows if it is silk or leather. However, as things would have it, my teen aged daughter saw the leather and was immediately taken with it. She asked for the leather and plans to use it with a special 925 Sterling charm that she has. So you have a versatile necklace that can be used for many purposes. I would definitely recommend it. I did talk with H 2 W about the use of the piece and they were exceedingly helpful. I reccomend them highly.

Exactly as I had hoped it would be.

I ordered this leather cord chain to go along with a sterling silver pendant I purchased. I wanted the black, simple contrast of the black leather to showcase the silver pendant. I was not disappointed. It is good quality and very pretty. The silver ends/clasp are very nice and appear to be very sturdy and well made. Even during the holiday buying season, it arrived promptly.

NOT a quality product

I'm not an expert to judge material, but this thing feels nothing like leather. The material is not soft or smooth at all and I don't feel very comfortable with it around my neck. The closure is not well made either. I got the 18" one and was happy with the length. A product like this is useful for someone who has a pendant but needs a chain like myself, but for its quality, $9.99 is definitely over priced!
